How to solve the leakage problem of hydraulic screen changer

For the leakage problem of hydraulic screen changers, whether it is belt type hydraulic screen changers or fast hydraulic screen changers, the first thing to look at is where the leakage comes from. 1. There is a leak at the connection between the flange and the hydraulic screen changer. This is because during the installation process of the hydraulic screen changer, there were impurities on the end face of the connecting ring that were not cleaned thoroughly, or the bolts of the flange were not tightened in diagonal order, resulting in uneven connection between the flange and the screen changer. After disassembly, clean the waste materials at the connection between the hydraulic screen changer and the flange, tighten the bolts diagonally in sequence, and ensure that the gap between the flange and the screen changer is the same.

2. Hydraulic screen changer heating ring gap leakage. If the pressure sensor hole reserved at the inlet of the hydraulic screen changer is not blocked or not tightened, simply plug the pressure sensor hole with a plug or tighten the pressure sensor to block it.

3. There is material leakage at the connection between the sliding plate of the hydraulic screen changer and the main body of the hydraulic screen changer. There are quality issues with the assembly of the hydraulic screen changer. Material leakage occurred immediately after installation, therefore it needs to be reassembled at the factory. If material leakage occurs during the warranty period, on-site maintenance or factory repair is required. If material leakage occurs again after repair, a new machine will be sent.

4. If there is a leakage problem with the automatic screen changer of the mesh belt, it is mainly caused by low or blocked circulating water flow, which cannot be cooled and sealed. Increasing the flow rate of cooling water and cleaning the scale in the cooling water circuit inside the screen changer can solve this problem.
