If the feed temperature is too high, it is difficult to feed the material. The middle temperature of the screw has a melting effect. If the color is too high, it will cause problems. If the material is too low, it will not melt into the granulator to increase the load. The plastic mixing method is not good. The head temperature is just a constant temperature, and the material pulling force that is too high and too low is not very smooth. The heating temperature depends on the softening point or melting temperature of the carrier resin, which should generally be about 5°C higher than the melting temperature of the resin. If the heating temperature is too low, the resin cannot be completely melted, the limited carrier resin cannot completely cover the inorganic powder, holes appear on the surface of the rough particles of the masterbatch, and the resin and inorganic powder cannot form a uniform system. If the heating temperature is too high, the auxiliary agent is a volatile sample, and the screw shear force is reduced and should not be plasticized, which will also affect the quality of the masterbatch. This requires constant exploration in practice and trying to keep the machine in good condition for optimal operation. 2. For raw materials, if the temperature is too low, it must be heated; for coking, if the temperature is too high, it must be cooled, etc. 3. Observe the gloss and compactness of the particle surface: poor plasticization, loose particles, and dull surface.
