1. Labor save .Compared to traditional melt filter/screen changer , this no mesh filter/laser filter doesn't require constant replacement of the mesh screen as it allows for a continuous, 24-hour filtration, which makes it a high- performance filter system and an automatic self-cleaning filter plate .Reduce the labor interference.

2. Do not need to use teh screen mesh , means that save the consumption of the screen mesh.

3. Continuous mode. the discharge process is controlled by the timer, and when the time we set is up, it will automatic discharge the contaminates , this process is finished online, do not need to stop the working machine, do not interrupt the normal production process.

4. Quick open structure. The cover pplate and the housing of the filter is quick open structure , t is convnient to open it and to clean the chamber and filter plate , and easy to change the filter plate and blade.
