Pre-sales service: According to the actual situation of the customer, formulate appropriate equipment plans for the customer and provide technical consultation;
In-sale service: In accordance with the contract, complete equipment production and manufacturing on time with quality and quantity guaranteed, and complete trial operation in the factory;
After-sales service: Provide on-site guidance on installation at the customer’s request, debug the equipment to normal production and conduct usage and maintenance training for operators;
Quality assurance: Except for wearing parts, if parts need to be replaced during the warranty period (except consumables), they will be replaced free of charge; if parts need to be replaced after the warranty period, only the cost of the parts will be charged.
